Before you say "I go to the Pianetto," and so it was intended "to the farm" where among fields of wheat and sunflowers, we cousins were going to play, everyone has different memories: Who was terribly afraid of the chickens but admits it is only now, who does not never will forget the birth the birth of a small goat, and who liked to throw stones at window of the farmer's wife.

Guido the farmer, was a man of small stature with his hat stitched on his head and an incredible strength, gave us to make us feel good, fantastic 'marie' a bit stale, we do not know why all of us remember them as very good.

Surrounded by 30 acres of farmland, the farm consisted of a central house with a granary on the ground floor and factor's house on the first floor and around a stable, a barn, a large hen-house and the goat fence.

Today the situation has changed but we have tried to keep the colors, scents and tastes of the past.

The renovation has transformed the stable and the barn in 20 apartments of different types with every comfort.

The granary has become an excellent restaurant where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine and rediscover the flavors and authenticity of our products, not forgetting a wonderful pizza cooked in a wood oven.

The farmer's house is now a small and well-kept B&B: 5 rooms where to sleep and then to go down to eat the homemade apple pie.

The old hen-house has been moved near the vegetable garden and instead of it there is the Reception and just beyond the swimming pool 25 m × 12.5 m, children's pool, whirlpool and solarium, and then a field soccer and tennis, a children's playground and coin laundry.

The elegant ambience gives way to the scent of sage and rosemary, or "ramarino" as it's called here in Tuscany.

Children can play in the green countryside, bringing home a souvenir or a special experience as the taste of the salad of tomatoes picked from the tree with their hands.

Placed in the centre of a farm of over 30 hectares, rich of green trees with trunks and cultivated fields, the Farm has apartments of various types that include every comfort.

For the guest' s pleasure there are: a swimming pool (12,5x25), a solarium, a Jacuzzi pool and a wide garden, which gives way to interesting naturalistic walks along the Cecina river.

The restaurant will give you a taste of Tuscan cuisine with its genuine products.

From the farm the neighbouring medieval suburbs, and the greatest historical cities such as Volterra, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Florence are easily reachable.
